Soror Shoney Anderson is having her Bridal Shower on June 3rd at the Hampton Inn Hotel Ballroom
in Canton at 3:00 p.m.
Sorors Raven and Stacy both welcomed new editions to their families! Soror Raven had a baby girl named Lindsey,
and Soror Stacy, a baby boy named Chaunce. Congratulations Ladies!
The 2006 Tau Phi Zeta Scholarship recipients are Shakela Smith and Angel Watson. Ladies, we are so proud of you!! We
pray that you continue to walk in excellence where ever your paths may take you!

Say Whaaa?????
We would like to congratulate the 2006 graduates of the TPZ family!!!!!! Soror Smith received her Masters Degree from
Mississippi College, Soror Causey received her Masters Degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, Sorors Foxworth
and Burks both received their Masters from Jackson State University.
There were 30 Archonettes and 8 Sigma Betas that graduated from Canton High School, and both the Valedictorian and the
Salutatorian were Archonettes!!!!! We wish all of them the very best in there college careers.

TPZ Highlights
The TPZ Step Team participated in a step show hosted by Delta Sigma Theta at Mississippi State University on Friday,
April 28th and brought home the third place sorority cash prize! Congratulations Ladies!!!!!!!!!!
The 2nd Annual TPZ Blu & White Day held April 30th was a complete success! We had a huge turn out and plenty of food,
music, and fun for everyone! A very special thank you to the Blu & White Committee and everyone that made this day happen.

On Saturday, April 29th, the ladies of Tau Phi Zeta participated in the March of Dimes: Walk America. We completed a
3 mile walk and raised money for the cause......Good Job Ladies!!!!!!!!
On May 6th, the Tau Phi Zeta step-team along with the Canton Archonettes, Amicettes, and Sigma Betas, participated in
the "Stomp Out Stroke" initiative at the Jackson Medical Mall. Check out the ladies of TPZ in the "Stomp Out Stroke" commercial!!!
